Physical Activity Programs

Milk Taste Testing

Children are given samples of unlabeled skim, 1%, 2%, and whole
milk.  They taste each and see if they can taste the difference.

Purpose: If  kids can not tell a difference in taste, suggest drinking 1% or
skim milk which has less fat, calories and cholesterol.
